Shipping Policy:

1. Secondbest.com aims to keep shipping rates as straightforward as possible. In the table below, you will find the rate applicable to you. We offer a 'flat-rate' for shipments up to 30Kg throughout Europe. If your order exceeds this weight, you can still place the order, and we will contact you regarding the shipping costs.

2. Delivery time: Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day (if placed before 4:00 PM). As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery within the Netherlands. For orders from Belgium, Europe and UK please take into account a delivery time of 2-4 business days.

3. Shipping partners: We work with reliable courier services such as PostNL, UPS, FedEx, DHL to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.

Return Policy:

1. Return period: You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you can contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. The easiest and quickest way, however, is through a customer account, where you can easily view and/or manage everything related to your orders, returns, tickets and so on. 2. Return & Refunding conditions: If you cancel the agreement, we will refund all your payments, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for non-standard delivery options), within 14 days of learning about your withdrawal. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used, with no extra fees. However, we may delay the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of their return, whichever is earlier.

   You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us about your cancellation. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods back within these 14 days. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods that are maximized to Eur. 10,- for Benelux shipments and Eur. 15,- for EU and UK shipments. You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and function.

3. Replacement within the reflection period: if it has been agreed that the product(s) will be replaced by the same or comparable product(s), the same procedure for the return shipment will apply (see point 2). In this case, instead of receiving a credit, you will be sent the replacement product(s) free of charge.
